The R & A Turning Division produces high-quality components with extremely tight tolerances for a diverse range of applications and industries. Our investments in sliding head and multi-axis lathes have greatly advanced our capacity and milling capability, with up to 12k rpm driven tooling and lights-out machining, making us more efficient for large batch production runs and passing the cost savings on to our customers. Our extensive machining capability is complemented by Esprit CAM programming expertise, enabling us to produce highly complex components complete on one machine.
Our Turning Division also includes CNC lathes fitted with up to 3” automatic bar-fed capacity and up to 10” chucking. We manufacture precision turned components in a wide range of materials, from aluminium, mild steels, stainless steels, and Inconel to all grades of plastics.
